Do you take insurance?
I am currently in network for Optum, Cigna, and Aetna insurances.
If I do not take your insurance I can provide you with a superbill to present to your insurance for out of network reinbursment.
What is your cash pay rate?
$150 per 50 minute session- For individual therapy
$180 per 60 minute session- For couples therapy
Do you offer a sliding scale fee for sessions?
Yes, I have a specific amount of spots reserved for sliding fee clients. These spots are exclusively reserved for clients who cannot afford to pay the cash pay rate and do not have insurance. These spots fill up quickly and are not guaranteed. Please reach out if you need a sliding fee spot and we can discuss the session price.
Do you provide Virtual or In-person sessions?
Yes!
I offer in-office sessions, in person Walk-and-Talk sessions, and Telehealth.
What can I expect during a consultation Call?
During your free consultation call, I will ask questions regarding your reason for coming to therapy and discuss how I can help you achieve your therapy goals. I suggest writing down a few questions you might have prior to the call to ensure you receive the information you need. If we decide we are a good fit we will schedule your first therapy session.
