My Approach

I take a whole-body approach to therapy by working with both the body and mind to process, release, and heal anxiety and trauma. 

I utilize evidence-based practices to guide my clients through their anxiety and past trauma. I will support you in learning coping skills and techniques that will allow you to work through your anxiety and trauma safely.

Therapy is not a quick fix, however, with the right support everyone has the potential to grow and thrive. Together we will identify your therapy goals and build on your existing strengths and resources.
