New Heights Therapy

Holistic Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma and Relationships

Hello! I'm Rose, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Nevada. I'm honored to provide my clients with a safe and compassionate space to feel seen and heard.

I teach others how to stop overthinking and living in overwhelm and start living life on their own terms.

Whether this is your first time taking a chance on therapy or you're looking for a new therapist that gets you, I'm glad you're here.

It's important to find the right therapist for you!

I work with ages 16 and older.

I understand you are the expert of your own experience, therefore, I believe in collaborating to ensure your unique therapeutic needs are met.

  • Do you find yourself overthinking even the small stuff and feeling constantly exhausted by the mental and emotional load of it all?

  • Do you have stories you’d rather stuff down and never think about?

  • Is your anxiety taking all the joy and fun out of life for you?

  • Are you struggling in your relationships or feeling like a burden?

  • Does your body feel tense and tight all the time?

  • Do you want to break generational cycles, but find yourself stuck in old patterns?

If you can relate to these questions, I can help. You don't have to do hard things alone.

I offer a free phone consultation to answer your questions and ensure we're a good fit, then we can schedule your first session.

Individual Therapy, Couple's Therapy

EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS

Gottman Method and EFT

What is EMDR?
EMDR was designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. It is commonly used for individuals suffering from PTSD and anxiety, however, it can also be used to treat other mental health conditions. Many clients feel relief from distressing emotions and find new clarity or perspective regarding their experience.

What is Somatic Experiencing Therapy?
Somatic therapy combines mindful awareness with physical movements to restore a body-mind balance. This modality helps you tune into your body's wisdom to release stuck emotions, anxiety, and trauma.

What is IFS Therapy?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct "parts", each with its own feelings, thoughts, and roles. IFS can aid in healing trauma, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing self-awareness.
