New Heights Therapy

Holistic Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma and Relationships

Hello! I'm Rose, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Nevada. I'm honored to provide my clients with a safe and compassionate space to feel seen and heard.

Are you ready to stop overthinking and start living life on your own terms?

I teach others how to feel alive and at peace in their own minds and bodies.

Whether this is your first time taking a chance on therapy or you're looking for a new therapist that gets you, I'm glad you're here.

It's important to find the right therapist for you!

I work with ages 16 and older.

I understand you are the expert of your own experience, therefore, I believe in collaborating to ensure your unique therapeutic needs are met.

  • Do you have stories you’d rather stuff down and never think about?

  • Is your anxiety taking all the joy and fun out of life for you?

  • Are you struggling in your relationships or feeling like a burden?

  • Does your body feel tense and tight all the time?

  • Do you want to break generational cycles, but find yourself stuck in old patterns?

If you can relate to these questions, I can help. You don't have to do hard things alone.

I offer a free phone consultation to answer your questions and ensure we're a good fit, then we can schedule your first session.

Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Walk-and-Talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and ACT -

What is Walk and Talk Therapy?
Walk and Talk therapy takes place outdoors. Upon your request sessions are provided outside (weather permitting). Some clients may find it easier to engage in therapy outside the traditional office setting. Walking in nature can enhance cognitive functioning, emotional processing and decrease stress.

What is Somatic Therapy?
Somatic therapy combines mindful awareness with physical movements to restore a body-mind balance. This modality helps you tune into your body's wisdom to release stuck emotions, anxiety, and trauma.
